Our order went into production and it said it would ship within 7 business days. On the 7th business day, I contacted my rep, Lindsay, and she didn't respond. I called and asked to speak to a manager. She told me she would call me back and let me know when my order would ship. She never did. Lindsay finally responded after multiple email attempts and said my order could not be filled. These were prom favors and prom was a week away. She gave me 3 other options that were similar. I picked one and she said that was not available. Finally, I told her to give me my least favorite choice and she had to overnight them so they would arrive for prom on time. The entire experience was stressful due to their lack of communication. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will never use them again.

Cups turned out great and when production delays happened, they made sure I had the cups before my deadline! Terrific service.
They did a great job for us. The product was high quality and priced right.
Delicious chocolate...images on the wrapper have fewer colors than we thought they would.small candies but enjoyed by all who received them.

Not the best quality items that I ordered but the price was good.
Imprinting is is not acceptable can barely see print on items. Trying to resolve matter now. Would not order from here again. You get what you pay for.
Shipping was not what i expected but the quality and the service was great
